I got up at 9:00, breakfasted and coffeed, showered, washed my hair and used the curl product the Dani showed me, and then was ready by 10:00.

Dani drove me and Winnie to Wadsworth to pick up the FWiB! He was waiting outside the condo, and looked good.

Dani drove us to Barnes and Noble and dropped us off and it was wonderful. We went to the cafe and had drinks, then went to the science fiction and fantasy section. I found the book that I thought I had bought at the Barnes and Noble with Winnie, the third in the Godkiller trilogy.

After that we went around the store, the magazine rack, children's section, and the YA section. Then we got food in the cafe again.

By that time Dani and Winnie came back. They sat with us for awhile, and went to the children's section for while.

Finally it was time to go, the FWiB had to get back and Winnie was getting tired. So we took him back home and then came back here.

It was wonderful actually being with him after the years since the last time I was able to see him. Which was I think 2019. Or 2018. I would have to go check my journal to be sure.

Anyway, I ate when I got back, and then we Teamed even though we had seen each other.

Now Dani and John are watching Ghosts UK.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Actually getting to see him, hug him, and kiss.

3. Got that book.

4. Dani being willing to drive me.

5. Dani liked him.

6. Barnes and Noble.

Name:Rafi. If you come across this post or my profile and you think "hmm, looks familiar," that's possibly because I changed my DW name several months ago. It used to be "Emerald Em."

Age:58

I mostly post about:My daily life, my writing, my disabilities, autism, mental illness, being queer, my wife, fanfic, my gender journey, chronic illness (feh!), the political reality I and my people live in

My hobbies are:writing, crocheting, studying Wicca

My fandoms are:The West Wing, Man from UNCLE, Criminal Minds, some others

I'm looking to meet people who:share similar interests,

My posting schedule tends to be:three or four times a week, sometimes more often

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: TL;DR = don't be a bigoted jackass. Longer version: no queerphobia of any kind, no Trumpers. Be open-minded. Accept my lived experience in my queer self and my disabled body and mind. I welcome respectful questions if you have them, though.

Before adding me, you should know:I don't always have the spoons* to comment on all the new posts that pop up on my reading page when I log in. But I do do my earnest best to read the posts. So I generally know what's going on with my DW friends. Also, the mini-bio in my profile is currently (as of June 14 2025) pretty short--I'm working on updating and lengthening it--so it might not tell you much. If you have questions, please ask!

I am AFAB nonbinary, and again, happy to answer respectful/curious questions. But no phobias. If you don't like it, lump it and move along.

I have a master list of unused prompts. Some didn't end up being used in previous seasons. Some are new. All are now on a wheel of chaos.

I will not know what the week's prompt is until a couple minutes before you do!!

For anyone new here - or who hasn't been around for awhile, just a couple reminders:

Use the prompt as a jumping off point for your own creativity. The only limits are those you place on yourself and your work!

ONLY POST YOUR LINK to this thread. Any non-link comments posted here will be deleted. It makes it more difficult to keep track of entries for the week if everyone comments here. Comment to people on their entries or in one of the other spaces provided. This is solely for links. Not reactions.

With all of that now being said - and I reminder that if someone HASN'T signed up, they still have another week to do so, therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1182845.html

You have until Saturday June 21st at 2pm ET to link your entries back to this thread. So much longer than usual, but it's the first week so I'm giving you a bit of a break. Enjoy it while you can!

During each week, I will spin the wheel and reveal the twist.  Sometimes it will be before the prompt is announced, sometimes before the voting.

As I said before, I was feeling merciful as we got closer to starting, so I added another wheel. We're calling it the first wheel.  2/3 of the spots on it read "Twist" and the other 1/3 are "No Twist".  Obviously "No Twist" means that the second wheel will not be spun that week and you will get a break from the normal level of chaos.  You will get to breathe with only the normal amount of Idol chaos, more or less...

That first wheel it did spin and it came up that there WOULD be a twist on Week 1.

I was very happy that we were starting off this event right.

So I spun the second wheel, the one with the master list of twists on it, hoping for something delightful.  After all, some of the list are quite twisted and some are quite twisted in other ways.  :)  This one turned out to be one of the latter.

It's probably the first "first week" twist that there could be, because it might as well be a "No Twist":

Anyone who was previously eliminated from the competition is automatically back in the game.

Being that no one has been eliminated yet, it means nothing. But since twists are NOT removed from the wheel once selected, it does reveal what one of those spots is, and you now know that it is out there, and the possibility exists.

So, I guess that's a good thing for you...

Week 1's prompt will be posted soon.

Got up at 10 with Theo knocking on my door. Came downstairs and had breakfast and coffee.

Eventually everyone was upstairs except me so I took the opportunity to shower and dress.

Hung out in the living room after that. Dani sent Theo over to the library, and eventually he came back with his friend Uriah, who stayed the rest of the day.

After awhile Dani, Winnie, and Uriah went out and walked to a small store and got ice cream. Came back, and continued just hanging out.

Around 6:30 Dani and I went to Walmart and got some stuff, mainly a dog house for Moose. We also got some food, including a pizza for Dani and I for dinner.

Came back and Dani and John put the dog house together while I Teamed the FWiB. Then Dani put the pizza on and when it was done I got off, and ate.

Tomorrow Dani is going to take me to see the FWiB!!!

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Ice cream.

3. Quiet day.

4. Seeing the FWiB.

5. Got my prescription refill approved and [personal profile] mashfanficchick is going to pick it up for me.

6. Friends.

Anyone want to guess who the murderer was, what was the weapon and in which room did it take place?

The first wheel spun tonight and I didn't love the result. But it is what it is.

The first topic is going up, and the results of the first spin, will be announced tomorrow night. ,

Just wanted to make sure you have something to speculate on when you wake up in the morning. IF you wake up in the morning.  *cues music filled with dread*

Got up and had breakfast and coffee, then hung out for awhile until Dani suggested going to the Japanese market for awhile with Winnie.

So I got dressed and that's what we did. The ramen place was closed until 4:00, but the sushi place was open, so we had sushi for lunch. We went to the Japanese grocery first to get drinks. It was very tasty.

After that we went to the gift type shop. I looked around for something I could get as a souvenir for the Kid, but didn't see anything.

Then we went to the Japanese bakery and I got a mocha mousse. Delicious.

Then we came back to the house and more or less just hung out for the rest of the day. Dani did a craft with the kids while I Teamed the FWiB. Then at 8:30 I called Middle Brother. He's fine, had a music thing yesterday, and looking forward to McDonald's tomorrow.

Dani was supposed to take me to see the FWiB tomorrow but he had to cancel, and hopefully reschedule for Saturday (the day after tomorrow).

The Kid texted me about the NYC Mayoral debate which was tonight. My union is backing Mamdami.

I sat for an hour with Theo, watching him use the computer.

RK facebook messaged Dani with pictures of Oreo cause he fed him tonight.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. My friends here.

3. Sushi.

4. The Kid.

5. Lovely summer weather.

6. Middle Brother is well.

Name: Simone

Age: Late 30s

I mostly post about: What I'm reading (probably some kind of cosmic or folk horror, or something adjacent to that), what video games I've played lately (mostly indie/puzzle/adventure/detective), bits and pieces about my life. Occasionally more personal things if I feel they might be interesting or useful in some way, otherwise I keep it private.

My hobbies are: Drawing, watercolour painting, reading, playing video games, vintage fashion, listening to music (classical, opera, symphonic metal, soundtracks, dark cabaret, electroswing, old jazz, some more modern stuff...), singing and playing the autoharp (I also used to play piano but kinda stopped...still have a keyboard but haven't dug it out in months...), occasionally cross-stitch and embroidery, puzzles, going for walks, learning about pretty much anything but especially animals, mythology, history, and science. When I was a kid, my special interests were Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece, butterflies, cloud formations, the planet Jupiter, and English folk superstitions, and I feel like I've just carried on from there. During the pandemic I got fixated on learning how to identify birds by their songs. You probably get the idea by now.

My fandoms are: I don't tend to write about fandom stuff but the only fandom I've ever been active in is Pokemon. I still write fanfiction occasionally but it's not something I write about in my journal. Other games I love include Portal and the Rusty Lake games but there's lots. In terms of watching things, I enjoy the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Game of Thrones / House of the Dragon, Black Mirror and Stranger Things. I'm getting back into Welcome to Night Vale (podcast) but I'm like 5 years behind...

I'm looking to meet people who: Share some of my interests? Similar age preferred but not essential. If you read and/or play similar stuff to me I would love to trade recommendations.

My posting schedule tends to be: Once or twice a week right now but during busy times I might drop off for a bit.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: If your journal is very fandom-focused, I probably won't have much to say in comments. I'd also prefer to avoid lots of posts about religion and/or politics, regardless of "flavour". I don't really care what your political views are (I mean, unless you're a white supremacist or a neo-Nazi...I'm a mixed race Jewish woman so that could be awkward...) but I'd rather not be reading racist, antisemitic, misogynistic, homophobic, etc. content. Or anything that's overly mean-spirited about anyone.

Before adding me, you should know: I live in the UK, in case you wanted to know that. And I'm autistic, not that it comes up very often in my journal posts. Also, as a sort of "reverse" to the above question - I also don't post about my political views (or anything controversial, really) in my journal.

Today I got up and brought my clothes downstairs so John could have a meeting. Then I had breakfast and coffee

Theo's iPad wasn't working so Dani, [personal profile] mashfanficchick, Theo and Winnie took off for the Easton Mall and the Apple store. We got the iPad working, thanks to their genius squad, and then went to the LEGO store.

I bought a Christmas present for the Kid's boyfriend, and then we went next door to an ice cream shop and had ice cream.

Then it was time for us to take [personal profile] mashfanficchick to the airport for zer flight.

We dropped zer off, and then came back here. I read my Guy Gavriel Kay book and finished it. It's very satisfying.

Dani went off to a doctor's appointment, and at a bit before 7:00 I Teamed the FWiB.

We talked til 8:00 when I went to my Pathfinder game. Only two other players and the DM were there, but we played anyway, though rather shortened.

Game over, we fought weird fish mutant things. After finishing, John showed me how toput a load of my laundry on in the washer/dryer, and it is going now.

Now Dani is home after spending time with her grandmother.

I discovered, to my annoyance, that the book I bought at Barnes and Noble the other day was not the third book in the Godkiller trilogy, but the second, which I have already read. Grr.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Ice cream.

3. Theo's iPad got fixed.

4. Guy Gavriel Kay.

5. Clean laundry.

6. My D&D group.

 Hello Dear Friends!!

and the rest of you.

I just wanted to say hello to dear friends in case any of them ever read this.  I doubt they will. It's mostly you scoundrels and hippies, and hippy scoundrels.  ;)

Sign Ups are still happening and I've seen some familiar faces.  https://therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1182845.html  So welcome back!  Just checking - you know this isn't the 20th anniversary event right?  That's next time. That's going to be a joyful celebration. This is going to be me torturing you... which, to be fair, to me, those two things are the same!!!  <3

***

So, what's new with you?  Set fire to anything or anyone? Or is that what you have planned for this weekend?  The wheel might have a few things to say about that... I've heard a rumor that it might spin soon.

(Full disclosure, I've actually been softening my stance and a second wheel might be introduced to even further add to the fun!)

Posting here because I haven't in years, and I struggle to find people who share even one or two interests with me, so the suggested template doesn't fit me any better than most things. I'll use what I can of it, and I apologise for being very rambly. :)

Name: [personal profile] sweetsorcery

Age: well over 18

I mostly post about: Writing, Fandom Events (Exchanges, Challenges, etc.), Life and Health Challenges. After that, it gets murky, because I often want to post about the many, many things that interest me and then just talk to myself about them instead, because my tastes couldn't be less mainstream.

What are these interests: Writing M/M (see fandoms), Victorian and Edwardian Ghost Stories/Horror/Weird Fiction, Golden Age Adventure Stories, Audiobooks and Vintage Radioplays, WWI and WWII (specifically British Military History, Aviation, and Naval warfare), British Social History from the Victorians through to the middle of the 20th Century, Ancient History, Art (esp. Romanticism, Neoclassicism and Surrealism) and Architecture (esp. Art Deco, Tudor, Jacobean), Archaeology, Ancient Egypt, Paganism, Spirituality, Reincarnation, Mythology, Folklore, Parapsychology, Taoism, British Dance Bands from the 1920s - 1940s, Baroque Music (incl. Opera very selectively), Romantic Era Music, Pop from the 1950s - 1980s, Dancing (sadly mostly passive these days), Romantic Poetry, Old Movies (I say 'old' instead of 'classic' to avoid confusion, because again, my favourites are pretty obscure to most people and include a lot of War Movies), Silent Movies, Age of Sail, etc.

My fandoms have been many over time, but these are the ones I'm most likely to read/write now and in future: Biggles - W E Johns, Famous Five - Enid Blyton, Vienna Blood (still on my first run-through of the TV series, but loving it), Kidnapped - Robert Louis Stevenson, Vintage Ghost Stories (I keep adding to the list of inspiring ones to write about), Vintage War Movies (ditto), 18th and 19th Century RPF, Ancient Egypt RPF

I'm looking to meet people who: share one or more of my eclectic interests

My posting schedule tends to be: What is a schedule?

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: You might assume from my old-fashioned interests that I'm rather conservative. Nope, not unless it comes to wishing people were still polite and well-spoken. Think of me as a kind of Ariadne Oliver type... and if that means anything to you, we might get along well. ;)
While I don't post or read about Politics if I can possibly help it, please keep on your side of the enclosure if you're homophobic, transphobic, racist, ableist, anti-science, anti-personal freedom, supportive of fascist regimes, or prone to diving down conspiracy theory rabbit holes. If you don't believe in the motto "Live and Let Live", we won't get along; that extends to writing too, because while I don't write anything needing AO3 archive warnings, you'll regularly find themes and pairings in my writing that offend conservatives and antis. Also, you must be over 18 too - I don't censor my writing or my posts.

Before adding me, you should know: I'm a Pisces with a Scorpio ascendant, and an INFP, so I'm consistently spinning day dreams and easily distracted. I avoid conflict, but I have claws/pincers for emergencies. I'm agoraphobic and aegosexual.
I have CPTSD and Fibromyalgia, and I do talk about that. I mention this because it's cost me "friends" before, so if you easily get sick and tired of people whose daily life mostly consists of being sick and tired, and who sometimes need to vent their grief about that in their own journal, you might like to avoid me. It's unfortunately part of who I am, but I promise, I don't post detailed medical horrors. If I do post about it, it's usually as an apology for disappearing for a while and under a cut.
I sparingly use generative AI art to help me visualise literary characters of whom no proper visuals exist, but I don't use AI in writing. I don't claim AI art as my own, and fandom icons are about the most public use I make of it; if you're going to lecture me on that, please just move on.
I get hyper-fixated and will post about my fixations at length with the least amount of encouragement.

I got up at 9:00 today because John needed the office (where I'm sleeping) for an online meeting at 9:30. I took my meds, picked out my clothing, and came downstairs for breakfast and coffee.

I showered, and washed my hair which needed it, and dressed. Hung out for awhile, doing not much. [personal profile] mashfanficchick's plane flight was delayed, and delayed, and delayed.

Ze and I took Winnie to the local library. After awhile, Theo joined us and Winnie, [personal profile] mashfanficchick, and I went to get lunch. We got chicken teriyaki from a Teriyaki Express down the street. Winnie and I sat outside and ate, and [personal profile] mashfanficchick went back to the house with Theo and his friend Uriah, because ze had cancelled zer flight and resceduled for tomorrow because it was so delayed.

I stayed with Winnie. She played and I read Hercule Poirot stories. Eventually Dani and [personal profile] mashfanficchick picked us up, and we went into the main part of Columbus to the main branch of the library. It's pretty impressive.

We hung around there looking it over for several hours, then left and went to eat at Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace. I had two corn dogs with cheese sauce.

Then we went to a fountain that children can play in, and let Winnie do that for about an hour and a half. By then I had already canceled my meeting for tonight, so I wasn't worried about the time.

After the fountain, we came back to the house, and sat on the porch for a short time, then we all came in and I Teamed the FWiB.

It was latish by then so only for about an hour, and then I started here. And here I am.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. The libraries.

3. My friends.

4. Fountains were running.

5. Beautiful weather.

6. Hot dogs.

Edited to add: I got confused. It was Theo who came to the library with us first and Winnie who joined us later.

I slept late this morning, coming downstairs abou 11:15. Then I had breakfast and coffee, and didn't do very much for a long time.

I played a game called Cat Tails: Wildwood with Winnie, and I sat with [personal profile] mashfanficchick with Theo, and I read in my book.

Eventually around 6:30 we decided to bathe Moose, which requires going to a pet store with dog washing stations.

So Dani, [personal profile] mashfanficchick, and I packed Moose and Theo inthe car and took off. Dani and [personal profile] mashfanficchick bathed Moose while I followed Theo around. We went into the room with the adoptable cats, and played with them for awhile.

Finally they were done giving Moose his bath, and and we got him a treat and we left. Theo got a little cranky.

Got back and had dinner with [personal profile] mashfanficchick, then Teamed the FWiB.

And now I'm doing this.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Cute kitties.

3. Good books.

4. Sitting on the porch with Dani.

5. Clean doggy.

6. Good dinner.

While we are waiting for things to start, I spun the wheel for the first time to determine how many byes there would be for this "special event".

For those new to the concept, a "bye" is a skip week. Maybe you're sick, or busy or whatever. Maybe you just don't feel like writing that week. You can use a "bye" (that's B-Y-E for those listening to this.) and survive another week without being eliminated.

I put the options 0-3 (3 being the most byes we've ever had in a season. Pretty sure that was when we had over 300 contestants. Pretty sure this isn't going to get anywhere close to that, especially since I've been pretty clear that if you don't like the craziness and random, this time around might not be your thing!)

The wheel landed on 2.

So there you go - you have 2 byes to use between Week 1 and whenever we have 5 contestants left in the competition,  Granted, right now there aren't a lot of people anyway, so that might not take very long! But I'm hoping that once the word starts spreading more people will show up!

The link to sign up is: therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1182845.html

So, how are you doing?

What are you watching? Reading?

I'm currently not reading anything. But I did just pick up The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by Stephen Graham Jones, so hopefully I will be starting that soon.

I'm catching up on some shows - Shogun, Squid Games and Vice Principals.

Got up and had breakfast and coffee, then dressed and went to Target with [personal profile] mashfanficchick, Dani, and Winnie. We were there to buy Winnie some bras, her first. So that was fun.

Then we came back and cleaned out [personal profile] mashfanficchick's mother's car, which has been stored here since August.

That took several hours, then we all came in and napped or dozed.

Eventually I Teamed the FWiB. We talked for an hour, and that was fun.44

At 8:30 I called Middle Brother. He is fine and looking forward to his Spring Fling on Wednesday.

Then we made dinner, individual nacho bites. Yummy.

And now I'm doing this.

Gratitude List:

Got up at 8:30 this morning. Then I had breakfast and coffee, and waited til people were moving to get into my bathing suit and tee shirt and shorts.

Eventually everyone got erady and we went to Zoombezi Bay Water Park. We rented a cabana for the day, and we spent a lovely day splashing around.

[personal profile] mashfanficchick and I did the lazy river rides, both the all ages and the adults only (has a swimup bar).

We also went to the zoo and aquarium which is next door, for an hour. We fed the rays, and saw a lot of cool animals.

At the end of the day, Dani, Winnie and I did one of the big water slides. The attendant was a jerk and as a result poor Winnie didn't have fin on it. but Dani and I loved it, though we felt bad for Winniw.

Then we came home, and I Teamed the FWiB.

And now I'm doing this.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

4. Zoo animals.

I am Gary, your host, and in some ways, fellow captive here in the realm of Wheel of Chaos. Because this is like no other season of LJ Idol. It is like no other event.

Yes. There will be writing and I'd say focusing on your writing and making the deadlines is probably the smart way to go. Because the rest is being left up to a wheel filled with all of the most insane twists Idol has to offer. I won't even know what is coming week to week, until a few minutes before you do!

The FAQ is here: https://therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1182638.html
The Sign up Sheet is here:  https://therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1182845.html

Maybe it will be fun. Maybe it will be exciting. Maybe it will be the worst train wreck anyone has ever experienced, Maybe it will be all of these things.  If you think you have what it takes to navigate these waters, and just want an excuse to write, welcome!

Comment below to say Hi.  If you're an Idol veteran - let people know what you've been up to since we last crossed paths. If you're a newbie, do the same, only we've never crossed paths so you've obviously got more to let people know about!  :)

We, the undersigned, hereby give ourselves up to the mercy of the Idol Gods and the realm of sheer chaos.

We enter, being of questionable mind and bodies that probably don't see a lot of sunlight, into this place of our own free will and will exit when we can take no more or those Idol Gods see fit to eliminate us.

We will keep our whining to be a minimum but our screaming in agony to the maximum to better please those horrible forces.

Mostly we will write and have a good time knowing that at the end of the day, it's only the single most important and meaningful thing that will ever happen, including our family and friends. Especially that one. You know which one I'm talking about. ;)

We will follow instructions - such as the ones here:

- Post a statement on your own DW/LJ/other Open ID blog stating that you will be participating in LJ Idol: Wheel of Chaos.
- Copy the link and post it into the comments below, which will officially sign you up for this "special event".
- Sit back and wait for further instructions for when the first Topic is posted and interact the Introduction post comment section and/or any "Green Rooms" that might be posted between now and then.
- Tell your friends and especially your enemies that their time of peace is now over and they should dive into this as well - if they can handle it!!! :)

I'll leave you to signing up, and will see you on the other side.

The deadline to sign up is Saturday June 21st at noon ET. (but the first topic will be hitting before that)

Today I got up and had breakfast and coffee. Then I showered and dressed, and [personal profile] mashfanficchick and I and Winnie and Theo went to COSI, the children's science museum.

We had a really fun time. I took Winnie and [personal profile] mashfanficchick took Theo and we mostly went our separate ways. First Winnie and I did the Star Wars exhibit, then Life and the Progress. We ended up in Gadgets, where we stayed for the remainder of our time there. It was a lot of hands on doing things.

Anyway, then Dani picked us up. Theo wanted to go home, and sp we dropped him off, and the rest of us went to a really nice park. It's designed to be inclusive, accessible for the handicapped. It is really nice.

After that, Dani and [personal profile] mashfanficchick went to Trader Joes and I took Winnie to Barnes and Noble. I bought a book, because you can't go to Barnes and Noble without buying a book and I got one for Winnie because it would be cruel not to get her one when I got myself one.

Then we went to Skyline Chili and I had Cincinnati chili for the first time, a five-way. It was delicious. I loved it.

Then we came back. Been trying to get Theo to bed ever since. I hope to Team with the FWiB for a few minutes now.

And I just did.

Oh, RK texted, he took care of my pets today and all is well.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. The science museum.

3. Barnes and Nob;e.

4. Got the third in the Godkiller series.

5. Friends.

6. Cincinnati chili.

I mostly post about: My journal is very new, i think I decided to make it because I was feeling a bit low and just wanted to write about my feelings and interests and hopefully find like-minded people. I'm also trying to make my web experience a more pleasant one, so I like looking at journals and personal websites. Indie web, small web, that kind of thing I yearn for so I might share things I find! But so far, I like to yap about my daily life and my practice in fighting games. I just started a fight log so I can hopefully more clearly see my progress! I will probably generally just talk about other things like anime, video games and maybe I'll post art or photos taken on my digicam. Also I'm queer and figuring things out still lmao

My hobbies are: Currently I'm focused in on fighting games (granblue rising, but I'm also a street fighter and guilty gear enjoyer), working on my art, vtubing, crochet and the smallest smattering of baby guitar when I can find time after all that. Other interests that can come back into my rotation is language study (Japanese and Spanish), miniature painting, nail art, weightlifting, snorkeling (I dream of scuba/free diving tho!)

My fandoms are:I'm not deep in any fandom at the moment but I enjoy content from sailor moon, granblue, guilty gear, general DnD stuff, hololive, vshojo and arcane. I'm also a huge Lady Gaga fan. And a lover of My Chemical Romance.

I'm looking to meet people who: I think are cool! I enjoy reading other people's day-to-day life and their passions, might get me excited about something new , too! If we hype over similar things that's a tasty cherry on top ;9

My posting schedule tends to be: aiming for at least a few times a week.

When I add people, my dealbreakers are: if you don't support LGBTQ+, if you excuse any wars, if you support generative AI, you know if you lean in those kinds of directions - please don't talk to me.

Before adding me, you should know: I'm sorry if my post was too long! And I might be using this as a form of therapy (cuz therapy is expensive) so if I do post something that's a bit heavier, I'll learn how to put it behind a cut and maybe make it friends only. But I think I'll try and keep cheery here! I'm still learning how to use this site
